Can this build, with the planned upgrade to a GTX 1060, achieve Medium-High settings at 60 frames per second for games like Hearts of Iron 4 and GTA V?

Why choose an Athlon when Ryzen is available? Perhaps it’s your decision, but I believe a Ryzen 3 1300x would perform better with a GTX 1060 or GTX 960. If you agree, we’ll need to purchase an AM4 motherboard and DDR4 RAM instead of an FM2 motherboard and DDR3 RAM.
