Hello there, I encountered an issue with the second monitor I purchased—it only displays "no signal." I've tried various solutions and am running out of options. My first monitor is connected via the DVI port directly to the GPU, while the new one is connected through the HDMI port. I have two HDMI ports on my GPU and tested both, but the problem persists. I updated the graphics card driver and even the BIOS, and the input settings are correct.

I tested the monitor on another PC using the VGA port, which worked because it received a signal there. However, when connected directly to the GPU, it still doesn’t show anything. It seems that even if the GPU port is faulty, both connections aren’t working properly. I’m unsure what to do next.

I’m considering buying a new HDMI cable to try again, as the one included with the monitor appears to be brand new. If anyone has suggestions or ideas, please let me know. In the worst case, I might have to return the monitor. One more thing: even if I switch to a VGA-to-HDMI cable or use a DisplayPort cable, the GPU still doesn’t reach its maximum refresh rate of 100Hz.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
You should include the specs to your build, like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
If the cables work with your new and old monitors on a donor system, then the problem can be narrowed down to your original PC.

The PSU CoolerMaster 600W belongs to the Coolermaster brand, with a power rating of 600 watts. The exact model number and its age depend on additional specifications not provided here.
