Does the Redragon Surara Pro Model K582-Pro keyboard have any software issues?
I purchased the Model K582-Pro keyboard and visited the official Redragon website (Redragonzone) to find the software for it. I downloaded the files and extracted them, discovering two options: at the top was a Chinese program called "K582 Update Program," and below was "Redragon K582RGB." I wasn't familiar with the Chinese version, so I pressed the blue button on the top, which didn't work. The RGB didn't light up, and none of the keys were responding. Some keys lit up except Alt, FN, menu, control, and F12, which didn't work at all. I'm hoping someone can assist me.
Check if this post assists you. It seems you changed the firmware on the keyboard, which shouldn't have been done without proper knowledge. Could be useful to reach out to the seller and RedDragon support for help getting the keyboard unstuck (it appears it's stuck at the moment).
