The budget for the PC was approximately 750, and this setup was chosen but I overlooked that the motherboard doesn’t support ARGB.
So, the board lacks any RGB headers, and that memory kit isn't shown on the motherboard QVL list or in the G.Skill memory configurator as compatible. Other kits from Ripjaws and Trident Z Neos are, but this one isn't.
The EVGA N1 power supply is considered one of the very worst products from a major PSU brand in the past decade, comparable to older Thermaltake TR2 models. You should definitely steer clear of this model and many others from EVGA. The B2, G2, G3, G6, G7, P2 and T2 EVGA models are acceptable, while most others are either poor or average. There might be a few newer options that could work, but those are rare.
The W1, N1, B1, B3 (especially most B3 models that failed Aris Mpitziopoulos' testing), BQ, BR, BT, G5 and G1 NEX models are all not recommended.

the ram isn't working and the psu seems faulty. the initial budget was $900, but he wanted a monitor, kbm, and mousepad as well. but he's already placed the order, so i just want to confirm if all components will function together.
the rgb on the fans will function properly from the controller without needing an argb header
