I recently faced a problem where 4K videos stuttered on my system. A forum thread suggested reverting the power plan to "Balanced" to fix it. But when I switched back to high performance, the issue returned. Anyone know why this happens?

Hello there,
If you're using Chrome, consider turning off hardware acceleration. Check if this resolves the issue.
Additionally, try disabling Windows hardware acceleration GPU scheduling and see if it makes a difference.
