Two months ago, I bought an ASUS RTX 4070 SUPER TUF GAMING OC EDITION graphics card and installed it in my PC. It performed well up to 2890 mhz under load. Recently, I discovered the Asus GPU Tweak III program for adjusting my video card settings. After using this tool, the card stopped responding to frequencies above 2715 mhz. I've tried all modes, deleted the program, and even removed the card from the PC, but nothing resolves the issue. Can you help identify the possible cause?
