Hello
my ASUS D500SC desktop starts up directly to BIOS upon power-on. The system displays a storage device in the storage information, but it doesn’t show anything in the boot priority section. Initially, I assumed my HDD was faulty, so I replaced it, but the issue persisted. After opening Advanced settings, I went to Boot and found no available boot priority option—can you please assist me?

It's not going to show in BOOT Priority unless disk is bootable, has working OS on it. Old one might have just file system problem but new one certainly doesn't come with OS or as bootable.
You most probably have to reinstall OS on old one and clean install on new one.

If system is set to boot into UEFI mode, then only
bootable
devices can be added to boot priority list
(OS needs to be installed onto it).
In legacy boot mode (CSM enabled) boot priority allows all storage devices to be added (even non-bootable ones).
Please show photos of your BIOS screens.

I don't have a photo, but I can see
My favorites -main-Advanced-Monitor-Boot-Tools-Exit
Under
Boot
it displays:
Secure Boot
Boot configuration
Boot Priority
it does not show UEFI Mode, Legacy Boot or CSM?

What's the reason for that?

I attempted to install an iOS on the new HDD but it isn't visible under boot priority. I also updated my BIOS. The old HDD appears to be faulty because it prompts me to back up data. Interestingly, inserting a USB stick with only music shows up in boot priority and boot override.

What was installed? Download the Windows installation USB, boot from it, and proceed with the setup. Source:
