My CPU cooler is the DeepCool LT720, and my motherboard is the Aorus B450 Pro WiFi. When I power down my PC, the RGB on the cooler turns off, but the white light and the logo stay illuminated. Even after disabling the setting in BIOS that says "Leave LEDS on after pc shutdown," it still remains on. The system also defaults to a full shutdown every time (fast boot off). Why isn't the light turning off?

Is your computer truly turning off or merely putting itself to sleep? Often, when it enters sleep mode, a few lights stay illuminated.
