I assembled my PC a few months back and everything functions properly except during video playback or music streaming on Spotify. My computer freezes after roughly 30 minutes, audio cuts out, and I can move the mouse briefly before it stops completely. After some time, it restarts on its own. It operates normally with games and multiple heavy apps running, though I disabled hardware acceleration for Chrome earlier, which only delayed the problem a bit.

What is the current BIOS version for your motherboard? What temperature does your processor reach during problems? Was the operating system installed in offline mode? Did you install all necessary drivers manually using an elevated command with the most recent updates?
