I play games regularly with my i3 M380 and it's around 10-13 FPS. Is this CPU and GPU setup suitable? If not, what should I consider? I'm planning to buy my first gaming PC and don't have much experience or budget.

The 3200G remains a decent pick for an entry-level chip. If you wanted a more powerful gaming CPU, a Ryzen 3 3100 would be better. The 1650 Super works well as a graphics card.
