it just comes out easily, even with the caps tight. i notice there are three o-rings, but it's still a leak.

Uncertain about the request—are you referring to a 'barrel' expander? Did you purchase it or just view an image? I assume it's intended to fit between two GPUs in SLI or X-Fire. Also, the one end is meant to secure the expansion, though I'm unfamiliar with these devices.
