The issue hasn't occurred before, yet my audio frequently stops and reduces quality every five seconds. I've tried using third-party apps with them off, across various audio outputs, but nothing worked, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My computer tends to freeze often. It doesn’t occur at certain times, but usually appears when programs are active (like Google Chrome or Discord). I’ve checked all the suggested solutions online, but nothing has resolved the issue.

You could've listed the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
if this system is a Lenovo prebuilt, then you could simply add an SKU for your system.
Do you have any updates pending on your OS? Speaking of OS, did the OS come installed with your platform? You could try and uninstall the audio drivers, then manually reinstall the latest driver listed on Lenovo's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
