If the ad-blocking function of Malwarebytes Browser Guard is active

Windows 10 here
The issue is: I don’t have Malwarebytes installed on my PC!
Control Panel Programs doesn’t list it; Revo Uninstaller doesn’t show it; a search in REGEDIT also fails.
What’s going on?
