Yeah, I've visited various locations more than a dozen times now. There was never anything wrong with the power. I even began the laptop with a disconnected battery just to check what would happen. Nothing changed.
Now it really looks like a defect or poorly written firmware, because a BIOS from another computer fixes things.
Well at this point there's nothing left to do. I went to LinkedIn and tried getting in contact with some people from ASUS but without a tangible success. In case anybody reads this and has the same laptop as I do, please check if you have the same problems as me. If so, please check in with me.
Also if anybody knows, it could be useful to have this laptop's post codes to see why the laptop hangs on startup on its own bios firmware.
To finish the process, I removed the video drivers using DDU and then replaced them with the AMD drivers from the ASUS website. The result was still not achieved.
