You could try using a Chrome 64-bit browser to test compatibility.
in case the issue lies with Edge and its 32-bit component.
I notice Edge becomes unresponsive roughly once a day. I have to stop the process and restart it. (it freezes when streaming Nasdaq real-time quotes)

Yes, because I reinstall Windows multiple times daily, I started using msedge for audio testing. I mostly use Chrome, tried Firefox too, and played audio files locally—results remain consistent. Even with an external USB Bluetooth dongle, lags persist. Generally, audio plays fine when the laptop is active. I usually perform a clean install to verify and re-run the report. I notice these errors only appear during music playback. Restarting the system and generating a new report should eliminate them, except for bluetooth or msedge issues. Most of the time I disable power-saving features at some point, but I’ll try again.

A brief reminder: occasionally when installing or removing amd drivers—whether chipset or GPU—systems may freeze until a hard reboot occurs.
What I did: restored amd chipset and gpu drivers from the manufacturer’s site. In Device Manager I enabled all USB devices to sleep mode, selected Bluetooth, reviewed each linked device, and unchecked options that turned off power when idle. On every device I adjusted settings in the app—Power & Battery set to Best performance, battery saver disabled.
Between these changes I generated energy reports with no meaningful results. If Bluetooth is active and music plays, errors appear about connection issues; when the browser is closed and Bluetooth is off, no errors show.
The only change I noticed was the complete absence of a Connected standby setting in Windows. Any sleep-related settings were ignored.
I had set When to go to sleep to Never, but once the screen turned off after inactivity, the laptop entered low power idle as well as immediately after locking the screen.
In fact, something odd happened: my power button now initiates sleep. It seems this was the first time I considered pressing it. The laptop went to sleep and paused music upon waking. So whatever happens after idle or locking doesn’t result in sleep.

I had some time to explore Event Viewer. I recorded the start time when testing began, noted all interruptions and completion times.
12:00:00 - Started testing, locked the screen
12:00:56 - First interruption, screen off
12:01:06 - Second interruption, screen off
12:01:36 - Third interruption, screen off
12:02:37 - Fourth interruption, screen off
12:05:22 - Fifth interruption, screen on
12:05:50 - Sixth interruption, screen on
After exiting the locked screen, Bluetooth kept disrupting for a while but eventually stabilized, likely due to track changes or pause/resume.
I examined Event Viewer and filtered events between the start and the sixth interruption. No significant issues were found; most activity was background tasks such as data retrieval from Windows Store and maintenance state updates.
This type of test was repeated three times. Each run produced different messages, making it hard to identify a clear reason for the interruptions.
I’ve attached a sample of my Event Viewer log for anyone interested to review.
Link.
Here are some random Event Viewer entries related to wifi, bluetooth or power that caught my attention.

There are multiple reports indicating that recent Windows updates are affecting Bluetooth devices, audio equipment, and webcams. KB5050009 (24H2) and KB5050021 (23H2) have already been mentioned, though more could be out there.
Only a couple of articles address the problem:

I'm tired of Microsoft's Windows 11 24H2 update, as it's now leading to Bluetooth and webcam issues
Microsoft, please stop this...

I've set up KB5050009 (24H2) yesterday without making any adjustments. An optional .net driver was also installed. Despite this, nothing has altered the bluetooth lag patterns. I'm beginning to suspect an issue with the processor or a hardware problem. It's puzzling that disabling the GPU driver resolves everything instantly.

Check the Windows History for any failed or problematic updates.
Consider examining Reliability History/Monitor with the "Day" view to identify error patterns.
Execute the built-in Windows troubleshooters, as they might resolve the issue.
Run "dism" and "sfc /scannow" for system repairs.
Investigate any USB "Surprise removals" and their connections.
Note that the second time a GPU driver is disabled, everything functions correctly.
Determine which GPU driver is in question.

Not exactly what I expected.
That was the next action I took after experimenting with the Events viewer. Nothing unusual appeared.
Indeed, I ran through all of them.
It was a suggestion from one of the earlier forums where I had shared it before. I had posted it several times.
I only linked a Chinese BT mouse with a USB Bluetooth dongle. However, since I'm frequently testing the laptop now, I don't have anything connected to it. I only connect the JBL GO 3 BT speaker when I'm checking audio.
My laptop runs a Ryzen 7 6800H CPU and uses AMD Graphics Drivers.
Also.
Another point I hadn't mentioned before is that this laptop has another problem. The startup can take a long time. If the device is plugged in after pressing the power button, it might take up to 20 seconds before I see the manufacturer screen before the OS loads. If it works on battery, it can shut down immediately after turning on and usually needs three presses of the power button before the laptop starts up.
I took my laptop to a specialist who wrote a BIOS from a 5402 laptop, which resolved the boot issue—this was a workaround and didn't fix the Bluetooth problem.
Also.
I managed to find another user with this laptop. We both purchased it around the same time in the first half of 2023. He reported the same issues. I reached out to ASUS, but since my warranty has expired a long time ago, they didn't respond after I provided my serial number.
Next step.
I plan to install a fresh Windows 11 copy without updates right away and try installing the drivers from the ASUS website. I avoided this before because I value regular software updates, but since this laptop is essentially a production model, I have limited options. At least for testing purposes.
Spoiler:
Offtop
ASUS is an incredibly bad company, Jesus Christ.

Could the repair center have performed inspections on the power and battery?
