My 7970 is running at 1185/1600 with stock voltage of 1.256 volts. Could this be causing throttling, or is it the memory clock that's impacting performance? I achieved 900-1000 scores, which seems low for a high-end overclocked card. Anyone have advice?

It might work better if you slightly increase the voltage and observe the outcome.

It might work, let's increase the voltage slightly and observe the outcome.
😉
Alright, I'll give it a shot.
