I think this could be because too many background jobs are running on my computer, but I wanted to check it out. Discord gets slow and my game gets slow when I play League of Legends. I have an RX 580 card, an i5 3400X processor, and 16GB of RAM. I am not sure why my PC is so laggy. I already did update Windows, updated my graphics drivers from Radeon, and checked Device Manager for updates.

Hey, has this problem been going on forever or just lately? Do you have a laptop or a desktop computer? Also, I don't see any info about an i5 3400x processor. Is that definitely your CPU?

It's happened before, so I know it's my CPU. I'll verify it when I go back home tonight.
