Does PC fail to start unless I adjust the power button on the power supply unit?

I have a gaming pc that is 5months old. I'm having trouble getting my PC to turn on. When I press the power button it will not boot up but I can see RGB lights are on and keyboard lights. Only when I flip off the power supply for a few minutes and turn it back on then press the power button the PC will finally boot up. Running the PC is fine but it does randomly turn off once every 2-3 days. If I tried to reboot the PC it will turn off and back on but once it displays the MSI logo it will turn off so I have to cycle the PSU switch.
Please note I'm a newbie so I don't have much knowledge on computer parts. Is there any fix for this problem ?

Hey there,
It seems like this might be a PSU problem. There isn't much info available about Inwin. It looks like they're producing low-quality, inexpensive PSUs. What model are you using?

I might consider swapping out the PSU and check if it improves things.

As previously mentioned, a more powerful PSU might be necessary. I would choose a Corsair RMX, an 850-watt unit would suffice. It features premium parts and comes with a 10-year warranty.
