Streaming is possible. Using Intel QuickSync might help reduce frame rate drops. Recording isn’t something I’ve tried before.

It should work well, streaming smoothly on your 770 and 4690K with 8GB of RAM.

QuickSync has no impact on speed. Whether you record or stream, your device will capture the full number of frames it can produce.

I captured 1080p at 60 frames per second with a 30 k bit rate without any loss of frames during playback.
