I switched from b360m pro-vh to z390 mpg. Both MSDI motherboards with 16gb RAM upgraded to 32gb at 3200mhz. Added a second M.2 SSD (2tb) and a 500gb Windows SSD. Placed the Windows SSD in M.2_2, while the new 2tb went to M.2_1. On the new motherboard, I installed RAM in all four slots and launched BIOS without issues. However, when I try to boot, I encounter errors: File error 0x0000221 and code 0x0000428. I have a Mac, so I made a bootable USB using the Windows website and Homebrew. Followed all steps, went upstairs to my PC, but still can't access Windows USB or run commands. Did I do something wrong during BIOS setup?

I set up the bootable drive using the Mac, but it isn’t functioning properly. The Windows PC is now the only working device at home. I’m trying to resolve the error messages I see after changing the motherboard and RAM. I want to make sure I’m not running Windows on a Mac, just creating a bootable drive for my Windows PC that won’t start.
