I increased the voltage by 15 for my MSI GTX 750Ti OC Edition (non-gaming), raised the core clock to 180Mhz and 260Mhz at the memory clock. I tested it with Unigine Heaven and didn’t notice any problems; during stress tests with MSI Kombustor, it ran smoothly for about 8 to 10 hours. No artifacts or issues appeared, and the max temperature stayed at 70°C.

Anymous:
Does boosting the clocks shorten their life span?
The speed of the clock itself isn't the issue. It's overheating that matters. At 70, it's still fine, so no.

I upgraded my MSI GTX 750Ti OC Edition (non-gaming) by raising the voltage by 15 and increasing the core clock to 180Mhz and 260Mhz at the memory clock. I tested it with Unigine Heaven without any problems. During stress tests using MSI Kombustor, I left it running for about 8 to 10 hours. No artifacts or issues were observed, and the maximum temperature stayed at 70°C.
Sorry for my unclear writing.

Could you clarify if you're asking about clocks in general or a specific context? This will help ensure the answer matches your intent.
