Hi everyone, my laptop battery got fixed because of a problem I mentioned before: https://forums. The repair shop was good to me so far. The battery only lasts 4 or 5 hours, but it takes longer to charge than before (about 2 hours instead of 1). Every time I turn off my laptop and leave it overnight, the next day comes with a 0% battery. I don't know why this is happening and would appreciate any help on how I can find out what's wrong and get it diagnosed. My laptop is an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo (UX581GV) Thanks in advance!

Are you actually turning your computer completely off? Can you tell me where you got this new battery installed?

I think this: 1- The so-called fresh battery isn't actually brand new. 2- Your laptop will just go to sleep instead of fully turning off, which makes the new battery seem like it's getting used up even though it hasn't really been.

I couldn't get a new battery. You know, I fixed this before by taking out some cells and putting in new ones. I turned it off the way I usually do, waited two hours, and nothing happened to my charge percentage. It's just happened sometimes and I don't even know why.

If your phone won't turn off and won't go back to sleep, your battery might be broken.

You probably should get a fresh battery and test it out to see what happens.

That's why things break down for me. You never fix what's broken; instead, you just buy a whole new one to take over.
