I have a i9-10850k in an MSI Unify Z490i with an MSI Unify Z490i itx motherboard. Occasionally the PC restarts randomly, either restarting repeatedly or stopping at the CPU dielectric light. What bothers me is that nothing functions properly or boots, but if I press on the CPU block in the corner, it starts working again. Sometimes releasing the corner causes it to shut down, other times it stays on.

I have tried:
- Tightening every screw on the custom loop
- Reapplying thermal paste
- Tightening the back plate
- Checking for bent pins on the motherboard

Despite these efforts, it never shuts off during a stress test. I’m running out of ideas—could the cooler mount be crooked or is there something else affecting it? It hasn’t failed any tests or diagnostics. The PC has been running all day with no issues so far.

Thanks in advance. I’m not fluent in English, so please don’t be too hard on me, lol.

My specs are:
I9 10850k
MSI Meg Unify i490z
16GB RAM Corsair Dominator 3600Hz
Custom waterloop
Power supply: fractional design iSFX 650g
Case: Phantek Shift Mini
