Does my computer refuse to start even after a standard power-off?
I can't format the PC now because I'm getting an installation error. Someone has a video on how to format a PC using a USB drive?

After building everything, I had one 16gb usb drive with the Windows installer tool. Then on BIOS I chose to override the USB unit, everything started. Next I selected Win 10 Pro, but before it finished completely the PC just showed a blue screen error. Then I deleted the M.2 and all other devices, after that I chose my M.2 for Windows 10 and installed it there. I need to take pictures so you can see the errors, sorry for the mistakes in my grammar—I don't speak English well.
Actually, I adjusted the rams to AUTO 2400mhz and everything worked fine, but now I'm thinking about switching to 3600mhz and it's not possible. I have a TUF X570 PLUS WIFI.
If you wish to boost your RAM speed to 3600, consider activating XMP.
