My PC meets all the requirements but Warzone remains slow. I've checked everything I found and still can't resolve the issue. Any advice from someone with more experience would be appreciated.

I don't know the precise model, but it's a 650w unit. Warzone appears to operate at 60°C for the GPU while the CPU remains stable.

I improved my PSU to a 750W EVGA model. While gaming, CPU usage reached 60% and GPU was at 4%.

Does it occur in other games or only in Warzone?
Make sure all drivers are current for GeForce Experience.
(I would suggest reinstalling the game, though it’s a huge file and would take a long time)
After that, try this:
Navigate to: Documents > Call of Duty Modern Warfare > players
Open the adv.options file with Notepad or Notepad++
set version = 1
VideoMemoryScale = 0.55
RendererWorkerCount = x (match the number of logical cores in your processor)
ConfigCloudStorageEnabled = 1
Since you have the same CPU as me right now, set RendererWorkerCount to 8 to utilize all cores.
Let me know if it works

I'll attempt to reinstall it again. All drivers are current. If that fails, consider adjusting the other settings you mentioned. I'm not very experienced with this process and I'm new to everything.

I would avoid reinstalling before attempting minor adjustments. (Because it requires a long time and only resolves about 20% of the issues)
Don't stress if you're unfamiliar with resolving these small problems—it's common on PCs and becomes easier with practice.
I can guide you through checking your
adv.options
file if needed; the process is quite straightforward.
