Hey everyone, so I've been stuck on this problem with no easy fix or a clear solution. I've asked around, and the only advice I got was to reinstall Windows, which isn't really an option for me right now. Look at the video below, you can see my computer gets frozen up. But I'm still able to press some buttons and click on a few things; of course, the restart button doesn't work without clicking it manually. https://drive.google.com/file/d/17HYgaFY...sp=sharing I honestly have no idea what's causing this since there is nothing showing up in the Event Viewer. It also happens all over the place, sometimes 5 or 6 times a day, other times just once, and even on some days where it doesn't freeze at all. I also checked Task Manager to see if something spikes when it happens, but that's not what's going on either. Any help would be really appreciated!

Check the power supply unit to make sure every voltage is right.

They look okay and don't have any issues. I already looked at the parts myself, but I'm sorry; I tried a lot of different things and forgot to write down everything.

You might want to export the Application and System logs and put them on a cloud site with a link here. Fresh eyes can see things you miss. It is worth running msinfo32 and saving it from File > Save so you can upload the .nfo file to a cloud service for others to look at. Also, check the folder C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports; this is where Windows saves live dumps when something goes wrong. Look inside all the subfolders and upload any dumps you find there. Can you also share your full system specs? I am mainly interested in knowing what RAM, CPU, and motherboard you have.
