Hello everyone! My Lenovo Z50 with an i5 computer used to work fine and is still working well when it actually starts up. The real trouble comes out when I try to use things on my laptop while it's trying to boot. Suddenly, the numbers pad goes black and nothing happens until I remove the battery or plug in a new one, or just plug in the charger. This keeps happening for ten or fifteen tries before finally working without any battery and with only the charger attached.
Here is what I tried:
- I replaced the BIOS battery but it didn't fix anything.
- I bought a brand new power adapter and a new battery, still no luck.
- I switched between EUFI and Legacy settings back and forth, nothing changed.
- I tried updating the BIOS software, which also failed.
- I updated my drivers, that didn't help either.
- I even ran Windows repair to see if it would fix it.
I found lots of videos online about this exact problem on YouTube, but none of them worked for me. Please help!
The Ram's just can't be taken out, and I checked everything and didn't find any issues with it.
