I just bought a new computer with a graphics card like an NVIDIA GeForce 3060 and a processor called AMD Ryzen 5 5600. When I play games like Call of Duty or Overwatch, the monitor shows that my graphics card isn't really working hard at all—usually less than 5% is used. Is it possible for this to be normal? I am not sure what's going on and how can I fix it if something is wrong?

alright GPU 3060 CPU ryzen 5 5600 Board Gigbyte b450 DS3H wifi 16gb 3200mz ram dual channel idk power supply and im sure case doesnt matter windows 10 64 bit opertaing system

So they are playing obviously, it is a good PC, I just wanted to see how it works in case that way I can adjust the settings for the game and then decide whether or not I need to buy a new monitor.
