Hello, everyone!
I'm using an i7-3770 (non K) and chose to turn off turbo boost in the BIOS for better temperatures. The issue is that after a few restarts, turbo boost turns itself on again, and I don't understand why. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks! My motherboard is a Gigabyte B75M-D3H.

Uncertain why the BIOS configuration isn't applying, but you can also turn off turbo boost in power management => [power plan] => advanced => processor power management => maximum power state. Adjust to 99% instead of 100%, and it should stop the CPU from turbo boosting.
