I think the Carbide 100R should fit, given its width of around 200mm and the Hyper 212 EVO's height of about 160mm. However, there will likely be very little space left. Check the case clearance yourself for confirmation.

Are you certain? If you implement these steps, I'm confident you can fit a 160mm CPU fan at its maximum capacity.

If the 212 works, the t4 will also fit. I verified this myself last night; the 160mm is the upper limit for a CPU cooler. I’m planning to choose either the 212 or the t4.
