I'm playing this in Max with TAA disabled for every upscaling. The game has issues like chromatic aberration, motion blur, depth of field, and film grain. It works fine in other games such as cyberpunk, F1 2022, and Motogp25 when FSR is off. I play all these games at 1080p and have the specs: CPU Ryzen 5 5600, GPU RX 6600, RAM 2x16GB DDR4 at 3600MHz CL16. My graphic settings are here as an example.

Might want to reduce shadows and see if things change for you. If you look up on Steam, there are others with higher spec'd cards than yours who also state experiencing the same blurriness in textures.
As for your specs, please list them like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. Include the driver version for your GPU.

TAA often leads to blurry visuals and isn't ideal. When it can't be disabled, some titles offer ways to enable FSR without relying on upscaling, which might assist (I tried this with Starfield). I don't have much hands-on experience with the games you referenced having issues.

TAA causes blurriness but is essential for upscaling. Without it, everything in UE5 would need adjustments to improve image quality, making the process simpler by using default settings and saving time.
