Does enabling TPM lead to the 0xc00000e9 issue?

Hello, I'm facing an issue after enabling TPM in BIOS. A blue screen appears with the message about a device problem and error code 0xc00000e9. I don't know what to do since I can't install Windows 11. My motherboard is an Asus Tuf B450, and I've rolled back the BIOS from version 4002 to 3810 without fixing the problem. My system details are: ASUS TUF B450, Pro S, 16 GB RAM, Ryzen 5 2600, and an X570 processor.
Do you understand if resetting the TPM is identical to clearing the secure boot key, or are you unsure about the process?
for the pending operation, perform a TPM clear, then press f10 to save and exit. Secure boot must be disabled initially because it prevents TPM modifications. After clearing, you can re-enable secure boot and register platform keys.
the new cpu has removed the tpm, which might mean your bios isn't clearing it correctly, leading to this problem returning
What actions should I take if the issue is linked to the CPU? Since reapplying the CPU didn't resolve the problem, and the technician previously identified the CPU as the cause, consider further diagnostics or professional evaluation.
