Does Doom Eternal exhibit microstutter during strafing and turning?
Someone else has experienced this problem too? I’m running at a consistent 240 fps, and everything runs smoothly unless I move the mouse while strafing, which bothers me. This tends to occur when the monitor’s frame rate cap is set to 237 due to g-sync usage. The issue appears across different situations but is more noticeable in the early game phase, after navigating through fireball tunnels and jumping a gap. I’m currently in an arena filled with zombies and a spider demon spawns at the end.
A simple test would be to focus on a wall light while moving sideways or forward, keeping your aim locked on it. If you see jittery behavior or stuttering, it confirms the problem. This can happen anywhere, and I’ve noticed it consistently.

Add the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, include the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
My earlier mouse was a Redragon M602 and I only used the software from their website. After switching to the Razer DeathAdder V3, it automatically installed its own software (Razer Synapse), which let me raise the polling rate to 8k. I'm not sure if Redragon is just a brand to avoid or what, but the mouse movement feels much smoother now.
