My PC seems to be working fine - MOSTLY - except one thing:
When I go AFK long enough that my monitor is turned off (it's set to 25 minutes and my PC's sleep mode delai is set to "NEVER"), when I come back, SOMETIMES, not always, it reboots spontaneously.
Weird thing is, I get an AMD notice pop-up when it reboots that the default power settings have been reset due to a hardware fault. I have not changed any OC'ing or cooling settings at all, the card is at full default. Maybe I should take a screenshot, but I think the experts on here know what it means.
Is this grounds to return the card? Should I worry that it will fail?

Reliability History offers a user-friendly interface with a time-line format that can highlight trends. Event Viewer demands more time and effort to explore but fulfills similar troubleshooting goals. Instead of programming the monitor timer to turn off after 25 minutes, just switch it off when you're not using it. Just press the button or don't press it.
Even with a different GPU and monitor, my power plan is set to never activate. But when I'm not active, I simply turn off the monitor.
Perhaps one day the power button will fail. It could happen if the monitor ages, as the wear limit is around 100,000 cycles—about 100 years of use at a time.
I've tried a quick fix that doesn't involve opening Windows; just press the power button and don't hold it down. The power is yours.
Or you can sleep the system or shut it down when you're done. (artificial imaginary feedback sound effect) drops mic

Well, it's not that straightforward: the screen shuts down by itself. This OLED uses a pixel refreshing method to avoid damage, and when it's idle, it will "reset its pixels" and power off. In reality, the PC only restarts when the monitor is turned on after being powered down.

Run Reliability History/Monitor once more, concentrating on periods when the PC and monitor were on or off several times. Increase the tool window to ensure everything is visible and readable. Capture some screenshots of those instances and share them here via imgur.
Also, consider swapping the CMOS battery with a new one according to the Motherboard's User Guide/Manual.
Last idea: Verify if your monitor has its own drivers; if so, ensure they are current and reinstalled if needed.
