I tried adding a Lookup wizard type in Access 2013, but got an error saying Microsoft Access can't start the wizard. I checked the add-ins options and saw nothing there. So is the Office Library file path wrong? I fixed the Office package but it still didn't work. How do I fix this?

What kind of Windows and Office do you use? 1) Because your first mistake made something go wrong, the field is in the wrong shape. The Lookup tool can't work right away. Tell me what type it needs to be. 2) Your System Administrator might have turned some features off through Group Policy. Who decides who can control that policy setting?
