The motherboard model is Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-S1.
Currently, I'm using an A4-6300 because my A8-7680 kept crashing into BSOD until it stopped working completely.
So I bought another A8-7680, but it also didn't work. Eventually, I got a third one and it functioned properly on a different system.
I've been trying to understand why my system fails to boot when using an A8-7680 for over a month.
I have an updated BIOS version which is FD.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
but when I tried both on a different system they both worked perfectly fine
We'll need the same specs to your donor build as well in case there are any discrepancies with their build quality.
Off the bat, the motherboard you currently own;
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-...upport-cpu
doesn't support the processor, regardless of the BIOS version on it.
I have an updated bios version which is FD
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-...support-dl
I don't see that BIOS version listed. Either you've mentioned the wrong motherboard or you're looking at another BIOS version.

CPU model is A4-6300, paired with a tower air cooler. The motherboard is Gigabyte GAF2A68HM-S1 revision 1.1. It has 12GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD or HDD, an integrated GPU, and uses a generic PSU that's about one and a half years old. The chassis is standard, and the operating system is Windows 10. The monitor displays 720p.
