These appear to be very low voltages for such an overclock. The test ran for 30 minutes without crashing, which is impressive. Am I making a mistake or did I get lucky with the silicon?

He mentioned it wouldn't crash after 30 minutes, so he executed the test for that duration - at least according to how I interpreted it.

It seems like a lottery winner. I need 1.325v for my 4.4Ghz OC. Still, you should perform several other stress tests to confirm. I prefer ASUS Realbench, for instance. It also works without requiring their boards.

Tradesman1:
Great news! A CPU like yours is something OC enthusiasts hope for. But should it fail during the stress test? That doesn’t look good.

I usually struggle with reading them when I process two or three at once or switch between them.

The [email protected] remains stable during all tests at 1.165v. AIDA64 test reached a maximum temperature of 73°C. The cooler used was Noctua NH-D15, and the thermal paste applied was GELIG GC EXTREME.
