However, there are no 3470s available. Comparing the A.N.Other CPU in R20 scores doesn't matter here, as the focus is on how the OP's 3470 performs on the cheaper Chinese board compared to other 3470 models.

It's pretty clear from what I've seen. Other CPUs with comparable performance could be useful.
