I use Afterburner to track CPU and GPU performance as well as temperatures and clocks. After playing Kingdom Come Deliverance II for a few hours, I checked Afterburner and it displays 100% usage for both CPU and GPU. According to what I understand, this is considered optimal but not commonly seen with this setup. The 5900X appears to be the main bottleneck for a 4090. I have all graphics settings enabled on ultra with DLSS4 set to transformer. DLSS is running at quality. My monitor is an Odyssey G8, 32", 4K, QDOLED, 240Hz, 0.3ms. RTSS is capped at 237 FPS. I also notice a maximum FPS of 237 in Afterburner, but I’m unsure when it reaches that level since the game usually runs between 80 to 120 FPS depending on the area.

CPU max temp: 76°C
GPU max temp: 65°C
5900X has no overclocking but operates at 4.95GHz
MSI Gaming Z Trio 4090
Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero
32GB Gskill RAM at 3600MHz (2 sticks)
2x Samsung 980 Pro 1GB
Seasonic Prime titanium 1600W
360mm AIO top-mounted exhaust
Corsair 780T case
Windows 10 Pro

I'm not concerned about it. As mentioned in my earlier comment, it seems both operating at full capacity is perfect. I'm just puzzled why a 5900X isn't limiting a 4090. I'm trying to understand how this could happen.
