Use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, refresh Windows Defender, cut off internet access, perform comprehensive scans on both systems. ??? Profit (hopefully)

Could you provide the complete system specifications? Also, is there any unusual sound coming from the device? Do you use an HDD or SSD? Is your storage configured in RAID? Your SATA controller is set to AHCI, RAID, IDE, Legacy or Compatibility mode (check the BIOS/UEFI setup screen)?
