This approach works well because 4 DIMMs put more strain on the memory controller than 2 DIMMs. You can try these options:
1. Lower the RAM speed and keep it stable.
2. Switch to a validated kit for your board and enable XMP to see if the controller handles it.

I can assist you in finding a suitable replacement. Your current 3900X is compatible with Ryzen 8 5800X3D, so you should be able to upgrade smoothly.

There is no assurance of success; anything above 3200MHz (for Zen 2) isn't officially backed by AMD and is treated as an overclock. I suggest starting with DOCP activation and lowering the clock to 3466MHz, then testing using Memtest86 as advised before. Alternatively, you could jump directly to 3200MHz and verify stability—it should be significantly more reliable.

This suggests DOCP is unlikely to succeed. You might need to adjust DOCP, relax timing settings, or reduce frequency until stability returns. It could work best with a combination of approaches. Having four DIMMs may strain the memory controller; it seems these are separate units that haven't been tested together yet.

For greater stability, this setup tends to perform better. If four DIMMs are sold in a package, it should function properly.

Is this model included in your QVL and confirmed functional by Asus across all four ports?
