Specs: Ryzen 1400, 3.7Ghz
Motherboard: Asus Prime b350m-a
RAM: Adata XPG d60g cl16 3200mhz 2x8gb
The RAM DOCP profile 2 is stable at 3000mhz, while the 3200mhz version shows instability and fails memtest. (Screenshots attached.)
In another system with Ryzen 5 1600 and ASRock B350 Pro 4, the RAM passed memtest at 3200mhz.

Bios is up to date, and I’ve increased DRAM voltages as high as possible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Memory functioned correctly in one PC but not in another, indicating no issues with the memory itself. The 3200 setting is an overclock and isn't reliable. It might be better to set it at 3000. You could manually tweak the timings to stabilize it at 3200 if desired.
