Only the main frequency and the first five timing settings are altered. Other parameters remain unchanged. Since you struggle with mixed RAM, try booting without DocP and adjusting just the five main timings.

DCP using mixed rams isn't recommended. It attempts to use timing profiles for rams with varying speeds and timing needs. For consistency, they must operate at the slowest ram's speed.

It can also adjust the tRRD, tFAW, tRFC, and tREFI timing if you have access (since you mentioned DOCP instead of XMP). If you're on AM4, you likely don't have access. Mixed memory and DOCP may not function together reliably, which is probably what you're facing. Mixed memory in general is a major challenge and should be avoided when possible.
