Hi, I’m looking to purchase my first gaming laptop after having a PC. I have some basic knowledge of PCs but limited experience with laptops. I’m from the Philippines and it’s hard to find good deals locally. I play DotA2, Valorant, some RDR2, and a few AAA games, plus a bit of coding and schoolwork. Could you help me decide which option offers the best value? (Also, please note that the prices I’m considering are in USD.)

Stay away from Intel's, they are a bit dubious, and we don't know what their recalls will be like.
Helios are decent, I have two different models, but the quality was good. Get the Ryzen model though.

Unfortunately, I couldn't locate a Ryzen option in this area.
🙁

When choosing Ryzen, the MSI Bravo is a good option too. You should avoid the Colorful model with the 1440p screen (likely Intel as well). A mobile 4060 would face challenges at that resolution. I have a Dell G15 with a 4060; 1080p works best for this GPU.
