Hello ladies and gentlemen, I don't have a start menu on my Lenovo Legion desktop PC running Windows 11. Also, I tried to run Windows Update, but now it gets stuck in a failed update loop every time I restart the computer, whether I'm trying to open it or close it. I do have a desktop though; there are wallpapers, icons, and folders on it. Problem is as simple as that. I have to say, that Lenovo has given me some time for a while now. It's been a series of problems that I managed to fix, but this one is just really annoying. They also said once that "Explorer was saturated with memory." Restarted the PC multiple times for various operations and the memory usage doesn't go over 20-25% (16 gigs total). I tried: - Uninstalling the latest installed program (Avira antivirus) - Updating Windows (which gave me the problem mentioned just before) - "SFC /scannow" typed on cmd.exe with admin rights ; It says the PC is already trying to run a repair (roughly translating from French, maybe it's a different term in english) - Restore system to a previous save : The oldest one I've got is two days old. It failed to restore. I'm a bit puzzled on that one as it's one of the rare times for me that the tools simply "refuse" to work. Could someone give me a hand in this situation? Thank you very much for your time. P.S. - Does Lenovo Legion tend to be troublesome like that? (bloatwares?) I prepared and managed three new laptops (ASUS) plus other desktop PCs over the last years, but this one...behaves weirdly.

Fixed - I got some brand new details about how msconfig.exe was used recently. (It wasn't on my computer.) Everything is all set now. Good night!
