CPU temperature: 38 °C
GPU temperature: 39 °C
Sample test:
OW
CPU temperature: 65°C
CPU utilization: 25%
GPU utilization: 60%
GPU temperature: 52°C
Frame rate: ~430 fps
Power settings are set to high performance.

At first I updated the BIOS after someone suggested it in this discussion, but I didn’t notice any changes. Regarding the fresh install, are you confident it will actually help? I use this PC regularly and want to be sure before reinstalling everything just in case it doesn’t make a difference.

I didn't locate drivers for the CPU 🤔
It worked with older CPUs but not with the 13th generation

Okok so UBM is a pretty bad test to run because at stock clocks it will tell you your PC sucks.

I meant system drivers.
Not just the CPU.
GPU drivers also affect spu function.
