Well mate yes , if you can't last an hour of prime then its not a stable overclock.
Use amd overdrive for temp monitoring under load , ultimately its the only software I'd trust with an fm2/fm2+ chip.

Sure, then I'll try it out later today. I've previously used AMD Overdrive but just set up a new SSD and haven't reinstalled anything.
