I have a problem with every game I play. Even though I have set everything to the highest quality, they still run at low graphics settings and it looks very bad. Can anyone help me? I am using an HP OMEN 15-dh 1033nia laptop which has an RTX 2060, an Intel i7 processor with 10th generation, 16 GB of RAM, a 1 TB SSD, and Windows 10 version 20H2.

Low graphics quality how? Are you playing at your monitor's native resolution? Anything lower will be blurry. Are you playing on external monitor or your laptop's own display? No amount of other hardware will save you from a poor monitor, should that be the case. Where did you max out everything? Nvidia control panel or in-game menu? The former won't do. To be safe, clean reinstall your graphic driver and reset all settings. Which games? No amount of modern hardware would significantly improve the graphics quality of older (or poorly-made) games, except in edge cases when the game itself did not offer options for anisotropic filtering and anti-aliasing.

I'm playing on my laptop at full screen with all settings turned up in Nvidia Control Panel and inside the game too. Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant, God of War are running, but everything looks low quality. The textures look pixelated, the effects feel blurry, and anti-aliasing is bad even though I set it to X8. In dark places my vision gets hard or weird instead of clear. I tried uninstalling everything with DDU and cleaning up, but it didn't fix anything.

Go ahead and hit those buttons just in case, but you probably don't even have to do it lately since your games are usually working fine on their own.

I've tried this way before, and it's still giving me nothing.
