Do you require quicker RAM for an i7 14700K?
Hi, I'm thinking about upgrading to an i7 14700k. Would moving from 3200mhz DDR4 to 4600mhz really make a big difference? I’m hoping the current 3200mhz is fine now, and if not, I might upgrade to AM5 later. But my budget won’t cover the new CPU, motherboard, and RAM that a Ryzen processor would need.

Synthetic tests may show improved performance with faster RAM, but it's hard to tell if it really matters.
