My computer from 2013 isn’t upgradable to Windows 11. I’m planning to buy a new machine this month and need to get Windows 11. What choices do I have?
Are there any sales happening around Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

I wouldn't count on any discounts worth mentioning on Windows 11 at black friday.
Retail price from Microsoft direct is over 100 somewhere. I haven't checked lately. Maybe even 130 or 140.
The chances of finding it for under 100 from a known fully legit source is extremely small.
You certainly don't need Pro edition.
You can find it discounted down towards 20 to 40 dollars from "other" sources. There is some risk involved in that and reasonable people differ about the risk level and whether purchasing from such a source is ethical.
